Russians buying p100q's old domain for their new SS site?

Maybe you remember the old p100q's domain used in conjunction with hostgator hostine (where he hosted alot of SS-related files, and for some time my Tenchikaibyaku site). Well after he abandoned using those, it seems some russians bought this well-known domain to set up their own SS site. They write that its "first in Russia fansite of Samurai Shodown /Samurai Spirits series", but so far site only has 1 page it seems. I'm curious as to who the creators might be.
